vitamins in our vital min’s
On my journey to heal myself I became obsessed with vitamins, healthful eating in general and I started juicing for more vitamins and my favorite recipe was one of the original mean green ones. I would alternate that with a beet, strawberry carrot combo; I thought it was sweet.
I discovered that when I was drinking them, I would experience more releases in my injury. More clarity, less fatigue. I loved how good it made me feel.
I lived near a grocery store that had fresh groceries shipped in every day, so every few days I would go there to buy a ton of fresh veggies. I’d would fill up a 3.8L container with a screw on lid that had a built in pop top so it could be shaken securely before every pour.
