Chiro practical

the care of my chiropractor

At some point in my descent into madness, I decided I better go see my chiropractor, who I hadn’t seen since before my ‘new beginning’… I spent hours with me in between patients intent on getting to the bottom of my enigmatic symptoms.

During these several hours of questioning in between patients who were coming and going he didnt give up on me. He didnt rush to a diagnosis, He just kep asking questions.. At one point, he whispered a question to himself “deep vein thrombosis?”, which, I knew what that was and almost panicked lol… but he didn’t give up on me, that angel. He asked me if there was anything at all I could have left out, and I realized I had an ache at the bottom of my left buttcheek and he blurted out “SPRAINED RIB”. I was so happy that he had the same diagnoses as my physiotherapist and MT; at least I knew what was going on and had helpful therapists in my life.

He helped me for many more years after that until he died. He was so funny and punny and I will miss him forever. What a wonderful man we were blessed to have making our community a happier and healthier place.
